Come as you are. Ride with us.

  • Not at all.
    Never cycled before? You’re in the right place.

    Our classes are designed for all levels, and every rider is encouraged to move at their own pace. Take breaks, skip a move, stay seated — it’s all part of the ride. There’s no “keeping up” here, just showing up and riding your ride.

  • Honestly? Just you.

    Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring some water. That’s it.
    Cycling shoes are required, but no worries if you don’t have them — we’ve got you covered. We offer shoe rentals at the studio for $3, so you can focus on the ride, not the gear.

  • We’ve got you from the start.
    Arrive a 10-15 minutes early and let us know it’s your first ride. Our instructors will help you get fitted, adjust your bike, and walk you through clipping in so you feel confident before class begins. Everyone starts somewhere — you’re in good hands.

  • If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before participating. Please let your instructor know before class so they can help support you during your ride.

    Always listen to your body, ride at your own pace, and take breaks whenever needed.
