  • Minors Ages 13–17: Participants ages 13–17 may attend classes only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and only after a waiver has been signed by both the minor and the parent or legal guardian prior to participation.

  • Children Under 13: Children under the age of 13 may participate only in designated parent-assisted, Mommy & Me, or special youth programs or events. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times and must have a waiver signed by the parent or legal guardian prior to entering the premises.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 outside of these designated programs.

7. Booking & Waiver Acknowledgment

By booking a class, you acknowledge and agree to our Waiver of Liability, which is incorporated by reference into this Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
