Welcome to Infinity Cycle House, operated by Glow Fitness Studios LLC (“Infinity Cycle House,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, booking classes, entering our facility, or participating in any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms, our Waiver of Liability, Privacy Policy, Membership & Client Agreement, Founder Presale Membership Agreement (if applicable), and all posted studio policies.

These Terms incorporate by reference our Studio Policies, available on our website, as may be updated from time to time.

2. Age Requirements

Adults (18+) - Participants must be 18 years of age or older to attend regular classes independently.

Minors Ages 13–17 - Participants ages 13–17 may attend classes only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and only after a waiver has been signed by both the minor and the parent or legal guardian prior to participation.

Children Under 13 - Children under the age of 13 may participate only in designated parent-assisted, Mommy & Me, or special youth events, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times, and must have a waiver signed by the parent or legal guardian prior to entering the premises.

3. Booking, Payment & Cancellation

All class bookings must be completed through our website or an authorized booking platform. Payment is due at the time of booking.

Cancellations, late cancellations, and no-shows may result in forfeiture of class credits or assessment of fees as set forth in our Membership & Client Agreement, Founder Presale Membership Agreement (if applicable), and posted Studio Policies in effect at the time of purchase.

Refunds or credits are granted at our discretion unless otherwise required by law

4. Assumption of Risk, Waiver & Limitation of Liability

Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks. By registering or attending classes, you agree to:

• Assume all risks of injury, illness, death, or property damage

• Release and hold harmless Infinity Cycle House, Glow Fitness Studios LLC, and their affiliates, owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from participation

• Confirm that you have read and accepted the waiver electronically at booking or in writing on-site

You acknowledge that intense physical exercise may involve risks including, but not limited to, muscle strain, dizziness, fainting, abnormal blood pressure, heart complications, rhabdomyolysis, or other serious injury or death.

You represent that you have no medical or physical condition that would prevent safe participation and that you have not been advised by a medical professional to refrain from such activities.

If you are pregnant, you confirm that you have consulted a physician and have received approval to participate.

If you participate in classes remotely or outside our facility, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for the safety of your environment or equipment.

Parent/Guardian Responsibility: For participants under 18, the parent or legal guardian must accept the waiver on behalf of the child.

For minors, the parent or legal guardian assumes full responsibility and agrees to these Terms on the minor’s behalf.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants must comply with all posted Studio Policies, safety guidelines, and instructor instructions, whether posted in-studio, on our website, or communicated verbally by staff.

Infinity Cycle House reserves the right, as permitted by law, to refuse service, deny entry, or remove any individual from the facility or a class for safety reasons, policy violations, disruptive behavior, or failure to comply with studio rules.

6. Recording & Media Policy

Recording instructors, full classes, or other participants without their express consent, livestreaming, or recording in a manner that disrupts the class experience or infringes on the privacy of others is prohibited.

Infinity Cycle House reserves the right to require recording to stop or to remove any participant who violates this policy.

7. Intellectual Property & Photo Release

All branding, class formats, content, and materials are the property of Glow Fitness Studios LLC, DBA Infinity Cycle House and may not be used without prior written permission.

By attending classes or entering our facility, you grant Infinity Cycle House permission to photograph or record you for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes, including use on our website and social media.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify us in writing prior to class

8. Personal Property

Infinity Cycle House is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. You assume all risk for personal property brought onto the premises.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our website or services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your participation in services or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act.

You agree that all disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only and waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, representative action, or private attorney general action.

If any portion of this section is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

12. Modifications

Infinity Cycle House reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
